Your success is my top priority, and I encourage my athletes to ask questions or come to me for support. We are in this together, as a team, and if you want to go over your program, talk about posing, or just need some extra motivation - you can message me anytime or set up a strategy call. Communication is paramount, and no question is a dumb question.. most the time.
THE "NO COOKIE CUTTER"
Progress is closely monitored anywhere from once a week, to three times a day - based on your individual needs and proximity to show day. Updates will be made to your meal plan, training, cardio, supplementation, posing, and/or recovery - and returned within 24 hours.

You will have access to the "Aesthetic Physique Training Principles" which was designed to help my athletes train smarter, harder, and more efficient than their competition. Your training and cardio regimen will be progressive in nature and based on YOUR body, YOUR experience, YOUR division, YOUR progress, and any injures YOU may have.
SUPPLEMENTATION PLANNING & GUIDANCE
From standard protocols for general health & performance - to anabolic cycle & lab work analysis.. your health is the number 1 priority. A detailed list of dose, frequency, duration, and even what brand to buy - is provided for each supplement that is recommended.
INDIVIDUALIZED PEAK-WEEK PROTOCOL
The final week leading up to show day -carbs, water, sodium, potassium, and diuretics are thrown around in disarray by many competitors, causing their physiques to go flat and soft due to uneducated decision making. Every athlete deserves a peaking plan that works best for them, and as a coach, I understand that this is only possible by collecting the data ahead of time.

AT YOUR SHOW
A lot can happen in the final moments before stepping on stage, and I ensure that my athletes have their coach by their side the entire time. Whether its in person check ins every hour, last minute adjustments to posing, pumping up properly before stage, or even just getting you out of your head and in the moment - I am there.
REVERSE DIET PLAN
The following weeks (or months) after a show can be detrimental This is why i offer an 8-12 week flexible reverse diet plan to everyone,, even if you are not working with me post show. Slowly transitioning back to normal based on your body's feedback is important when looking to stay lean in the offseason and avoiding stubborn body fat going into next prep.

WEEKLY TEAM ZOOM CALLS
Connecting with the team is important to me, and every week we have the opportunity to discuss upcoming shows, congratulate wins, introduce new athletes. and break down different topics in the industry. All zoom calls are recorded and posted in the team facebook group and can be referred back to at any time.

Every other Sunday of the month, we train together as a team at our home gym. For all local competitors, this is a great opportunity to keep that fire burning, and to remind yourself how hard you should be training.

Posing is an area of growth for about 90% of competitors, which means you can come out ahead by just perfecting your posing. If you have never posed before, don't worry - we will start from the ground up. If you think you're the best at posing, don't worry - we will find a way to improve. Posing is offered exclusively to our athletes either in person, or over zoom

I believe that training is an area that a lot of competitors fall short, which is why I offer In person training exclusively to our athletes, and nobody else. Whether you need an extra push of intensity, or want to make sure your form is optimal - I make myself available for 1 on 1 training as well as group training, for an additional flat rate.
