Progress is closely monitored anywhere from once a week, to three times a day - based on your individual needs and proximity to show day. Updates will be made to your meal plan, training, cardio, supplementation, posing, and/or recovery - and returned within 24 hours.

You will have access to the "Aesthetic Physique Training Principles" which was designed to help my athletes train smarter, harder, and more efficient than their competition. Your training and cardio regimen will be progressive in nature and based on YOUR body, YOUR experience, YOUR division, YOUR progress, and any injures YOU may have. Detail oriented because everything counts.
